Traeger is seeking a Pellet Mill Manager to join the team.
As our Pellet Mill Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing production, quality, costs, reactive and preventative maintenance, safety, and business performance metrics.
How You'll Help Us Win:
Plan, organize, direct, and run day to day operations at the mill Set and manage direct labor schedules Set production schedule based on forecast and material availability Responsible for documenting and effectively communicating production output and quality results daily Collect and analyze data to find places of waste, drive continuous improvement Responsible for uptime and maintenance on equipment Ensure all shipments go out on time and on quality Managing KPI performance and driving excellence through monthly accountability meetings Drive business results based on safety, quality, delivery, cost Drive LEAN principles What You'll Need to Succeed:
Minimum of 5 years of proven managerial experience Computer Literacy (Excel, Powerpoint, MicrosoftTeams, ERP) Business acumen in performance-based metrics Ability to troubleshoot and issue resolutions Demonstrated Leadership in managing a group of 10
associates Must be able to work independently Proven experience in the wood pellet industry is a plus Why You'll Love to Work Here:
